LaTrobe Library Research Commons

Featuring an assortment of modular soft seating with integrated tables, these pieces were all custom built as per the client’s specifications. Further seating and tables were supplied to provide students with a range of collaborative working environments.

LaTrobe Bendigo Student Foyer

This project was centred around the showpiece  modular soft seating and banquette style seating. Mark Perry custom made these peices to the architect’s specifications to suit the space. The space was transformed into a functional and inviting breakout space for the business students at LTU Bendigo.

UOM Lincoln Square North

This project including the supply and installation of 72 Ascend Sit stand electric workstations with partitions. Softwiring was fitted via folded metal cable trays attached to the workstation frame.  Mark Perry also provided ergonomic task chairs and storage for this project.

Headspace Bentleigh

Headspace Bentleigh is a new site offering specialised youth services to young people in south-east Melbourne. Furniture was required for the foyer, consulting rooms, meeting rooms, dining/lunch rooms, computer benches and breakout areas.

Mark Perry consulted with the client and their designer and recommended products that would suit the aesthetic for the project whilst meeting their needs functionally. Mark Perry was able to help recommend fabrics that suited the colour palette and suitability for the intended use.

Northern Health Training Centre

The Northern Centre for Health Education and Research is a partnership between Northern Health, the University of Melbourne, LaTrobe University and the State and Commonwealth governments.

Mark Perry tendered for this furniture package and were successful.  We provided a range of furniture for the student mess area, lounge seating and lecture theaters.

Dandenong Council New Municipal Building

Located in the heart of Dandenong, the new five-storey building houses the City of Greater Dandenong administration offices, as well as a state of the art Public Library over two levels, Community Meeting rooms / Council Chamber and retail shops. The building was also designed to achieve 5 star green rating.

Mark Perry worked with the client’s OH&S team to access and manufacture task chairs specifically to fit each staff member. Mark perry also supplied sled based chairs for meeting and visitor applications which met the GECA certification required to meet the project’s green star requirements.
